Lyrics and Linen 8 will be held on June 14, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (doors open at 5:00 PM) at the Grand Prix Plaza, Georgia International Horse Park, 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway NE, Conyers, GA, 30013.

• Ticket purchases must be through the KAA Website link ONLY. This event is entirely cashless, including the “cash” bar. There will be no refunds once tickets are purchased. Ticket holders who buy multiple tickets should send each attendee their barcode. Hard copies or a phone display of the barcode can be scanned.

• The event is non-refundable.

• Outside alcohol is not allowed but can be purchased from the vendors on-site. • No smoking is allowed in the event area, and no glass bottles are permitted.

• No free-standing large umbrellas or umbrellas placed in the ground are allowed. Umbrellas attached to chairs must remain closed.

• Tents must be no larger than 10x10.

• Only one 36” (max) cooler and one TV table are allowed per ticket holder.

• No grills.

• No affiliated parties will be liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations.

• Tents cannot be staked in the ground, but weights can be used.

Chairs will only be provided for Premium Table ticket holders. All other ticket holders are responsible for bringing their own chairs to the event. *NOTE: No free-standing large umbrellas or umbrellas placed in the ground are allowed. Umbrellas attached to chairs must remain closed.

The Premium Tent includes one ticket for entry, space for one 10x10 tent, and five wristbands to access the premium “cash” bar. The ticket purchaser must bring their tent and chair. The premium tents will be closer to the stage. The Premium Table includes six chairs, six entry tickets, and six wristbands to access the premium “cash” bar. The premium tables will be in an uncovered area.

Lyrics & Linen 8 is a rain-or-shine event. It will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions, and attendees are welcome to bring small umbrellas. However, the event will be canceled for safety reasons if severe weather occurs. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for cancellations due to these or other circumstances.

Free parking is available onsite near the Grand Prix Plaza in the Green Lot and the Orange overflow lot.

Hard copies or a phone display of the barcode can be scanned. Attendees will receive wristbands once they have checked in.

ONLY the tent ticket holder and ONE general admission ticket holder will be allowed entry at 2:00 PM for setup in the designated tent area. Tent spaces will be available on a first-come, firstserved basis. Tents must be no larger than 10x10. All contents must be housed under the tent. No smoking is allowed in the event area, and no glass bottles are permitted. **Lyrics and Linen 8 is not liable for the safekeeping or misuse of attendees’ tents or the content therein once on the premises.

The doors will open at 5:00 PM. Seating in the designated areas is first-come, first-served for general and premium admission ticket holders.
