The Dr. Henry E. Holloway, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament is our annual golf tournament named in honor of Dr. Henry E. Holloway, Jr., an emergency room physician who served as a faithful member of KAA and Project Uplift. Dr. Holloway was an active member and worked tirelessly with students throughout DeKalb County. In honor of his contributions, the foundation started this event so that his work with students can be carried on through the years. Since the tournament’s inception in 2010, Project Uplift has raised over $397,000 to contribute to young students in DeKalb and Rockdale Counties. In support of Dr. Holloway’s vision, Project Uplift presents its premier scholarship award to a male student committed to attending medical school and advancing to becoming a physician.
